There were a total of 27 properties sold during the month of December in Towson, Maryland of which 3 were foreclosures and none were short-sales.

This is a synopsis of sales activity in the Towson (21204 & 21286) Communities and neighborhoods. I am providing statistical information on homes that have sold.

SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED HOMES

• There have been 21 sold.
• Average Sales Price was $517,070
• Average Days on Market was 156

TOWNHOMES/ROWHOUSE

• There have been 3 sold.
• Average Sales Price was $213,333
• Average Days on Market was 52

CONDOMINIUMS & Others

• There have been 3 sold.
• Average Sales Price was $175,767
• Average Days on Market was 204
